1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of bramleystore.shop and any order placed on it. Bramley Store is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, selling online across India. Placing an order accepts these terms as they read on that day.

2. Account and fair use

You are responsible for the delivery address, gate access and phone number you give us, and for your account credentials. You agree not to scrape, republish or resell our listings, photographs or specification tables, and not to place orders you do not intend to accept.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and apply to delivery within India only. Payment is by UPI (prepaid) or Cash on Delivery; we do not accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal and we offer no EMI. The shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.

4. Orders, access and refusal

An order confirmation acknowledges rather than accepts an order. We may decline where stock has run out, where a price was clearly wrong, where the address cannot take a freight vehicle, or where fraud is suspected. Declined orders are refunded in full.

5. Delivery, installation and electrical supply

Delivery is to your gate or building entrance. Installation, plumbing, levelling and removal of transit bolts are not included and are not arranged by us. Appliances require a stable earthed supply of the rating printed on the machine; damage caused by an unstable supply, a missing earth or incorrect installation is not covered.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photography, specification tables and layout on this site belong to Bramley Store. Any product name used to describe a capacity, programme or drum type is descriptive and implies no association with or authorisation from a third party.

7. Limitation of liability

So far as the law allows, goods are supplied without any other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Governing law

Indian law governs these terms, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
