Bramley Store is a small online appliance shop in Jaipur selling washing machines and large kitchen appliances. Every listing carries rated load, outside dimensions and the depth with the door open, because the measurement that decides a purchase is the one people forget to take.

Why we lead with dimensions
A washing machine ordered for a Jaipur flat came back the same afternoon. Nothing was wrong with it. The alcove fitted, the tap was there, and the bathroom doorway was 24 inches wide against a machine 23.6 inches deep with the door closed — and 39 inches with the door open, which is what the delivery team needed to swing it past the frame.
That refusal cost a freight slot in both directions and taught us what to publish. Rated load in kilograms, carton dimensions, machine dimensions, and depth with the door open. We also say plainly what we do not do: we deliver to the gate and we do not plumb anything in, because a delivery team is not a plumber and pretending otherwise ends in a wet floor.
Three dimensions, not one
Carton, machine and door-open depth appear on every listing, along with rated load in kilograms. Measure the doorway as well as the alcove before you order.
Transit bolts stay in
Machines ship with the transit bolts fitted and the spanner in the drum. Running a washer before they come out wrecks the suspension, so we say it on the page rather than in a folded leaflet.
Delivery, not installation
We bring the machine to your gate. Plumbing, levelling and the electrical connection are your technician’s work, and we would rather set that expectation before you pay.
What we will not claim
We will not quote a wash-cycle saving we have not measured, we will not describe a delivery as an installation, and we will not promise a service visit we cannot send. Appliances are used every week for years, so the gap between what a listing said and what the machine does shows up quickly and permanently.
