refund process that follows, and the limited circumstances in which cancellation may not be possible. This page

(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 of the
United Kingdom. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Cancellation Highlights

    Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Post-Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be stopped in transit but may
    be cancelled or returned under your statutory rights and our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Confirmation: We confirm cancellation requests by email within 24 working
    hours
    .

2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any point before it is dispatched
from our warehouse. As our standard order processing takes 1–2 working days from successful
order confirmation, you generally have this window to request a pre-dispatch cancellation. Once an order has
been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number has been generated, this pre-dispatch window
closes.

Your statutory right to cancel: In addition to the above,
under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason from the
moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Where your order has
already been dispatched or delivered, this statutory cancellation is handled as a return — you then have a
further 14 days to send the goods back, and we will refund you in line with our Return & Refund
Policy
. This right does not apply to certain items (see Sections 8 and 9).

For made-to-order or customised items that may require an additional
1–3 working days for preparation before dispatch, the pre-dispatch cancellation window may be
slightly longer, subject to the preparation process not yet having started.

3. Who Can Cancel an Order

A cancellation request can be submitted only by the customer who placed the
order, using the registered email address associated with the order. For security and identity-verification
reasons, we cannot accept cancellation requests from third parties or from email addresses that do not match the
original order record.

4. How to Cancel an Order (Email Only)

All cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively by

. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or our customer
account portal. To request a cancellation:

  • Send from the same email address used to place the order

Cancellation requests submitted through any channel other than email will not be
processed.

5. What Information to Include

To help us process your cancellation request quickly and accurately, please

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Email Address associated with the order
  • Reason for Cancellation (optional but helps us improve)
  • Preferred Refund Mode: Original payment method or store credit (12-month validity)

6. Cancellation Confirmation

  • Our customer support team will acknowledge your cancellation request within 24 working
    hours
    (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time / GMT/BST).
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will confirm the cancellation by email and initiate the refund
    within 24 hours of approval.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, we will explain that the shipment cannot be stopped in transit,
    and we will guide you through your statutory cancellation right and our Return & Refund Policy
    instead.
  • You will receive a separate email once the refund is initiated, along with the transaction reference.

7. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders can typically be cancelled before dispatch:

  • Ready-to-ship inventory items
  • Standard, non-customised products
  • Accessories and add-on items
  • Made-to-order products for which preparation has not yet started

8. Orders NOT Eligible for the Statutory Cancellation Right

As permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the following are
exempt from the 14-day statutory cancellation right (except where the item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit
for purpose, in which case your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply):

  • Made-to-order, custom-configured, or personalised products made to your specifications
  • Engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalised items
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers (which are subject to their own validity terms)

In addition, an order that has already been dispatched can no
longer be stopped in transit, but may still be cancelled under your statutory right and returned. If you have
any doubt about cancellability, please email [email protected] as early as possible — we will do our
best to help.

9. Made-to-Order & Customised Product Cancellation

Made-to-order, custom-configured, or personalised products are exempt from the
statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As a goodwill gesture,
however, we offer the following:

  • Within 12 hours of order placement: Cancellation is typically possible, as production
    generally starts after this window.
  • After 12 hours and before production starts: Cancellation may still be possible — please
    email us immediately at [email protected].
  • After production has commenced: Cancellation may not be possible since the product has
    been customised to your specifications. In such cases, we will inform you of the status and discuss
    alternatives such as a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

This goodwill policy does not affect your statutory rights if the product turns
out to be faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

10. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only a portion, you
may request a partial cancellation by clearly listing the items you wish to remove in your
email. Conditions:

  • Partial cancellations are processed depending on whether the items have entered the dispatch or production
    stage.
  • If approved, the refund will cover the price of the cancelled item(s)
    Since shipping is FREE on all orders, there are no shipping charges to refund or adjust.
  • The remaining items in the order will continue to be processed and dispatched as normal.

11. Order Modification (Address, Quantity, Item Change)

If, instead of cancelling, you wish to modify your order (e.g.,
change shipping address, edit quantity, swap an item), please email us within the 1–2 working day
processing window
with the subject line “Order Modification — [Your Order Number]”. We will
accommodate modification requests wherever possible. Conditions:

  • Address modifications are subject to postcode serviceability.
  • Quantity or item changes may result in a price adjustment — additional payment or partial refund — which we
    will communicate by email before processing.
  • Modifications cannot be accepted once the order is dispatched or once production of a made-to-order item has
    commenced.

12. Refund Process After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund immediately to the
original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines are as follows:

  • Visa Card: Refunded to the same Visa card; reflects within 7–10 working
    days
    , depending on your card issuer.
  • MasterCard: Refunded to the same MasterCard; reflects within 7–10 working
    days
    , depending on your card issuer.
  • PayPal: Refunded back to your PayPal account or the original funding source linked to
    PayPal; reflects within 3–7 working days, depending on PayPal’s policies.
  • Store Credit (optional): Available instantly in your
    belveracircle.shop account, valid for 12 months from issue date.
  • Shipping Charges: Since we offer FREE shipping on all orders, there are no
    shipping charges to refund.

All refunds are processed in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on bank or PayPal processing times.

13. Cancellations Initiated by belveracircle.shop

In certain situations, we may need to cancel your order. We will always notify
you by email and issue a full refund if any payment has been made. Reasons we may cancel an
order include:

  • Stock Unavailability: The product is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing Error: A pricing or product description error displayed on the Website.
  • Failed Payment Verification: Your payment could not be verified or appears suspicious.
  • Fraud Suspicion: The order pattern, IP address, or payment details indicate a risk of
    fraud.
  • Non-Serviceable Postcode: Your shipping postcode is not serviced by our courier
    partners.
  • International Shipping Request: The shipping address is outside the United Kingdom (we ship
    within the UK only).
  • Force Majeure Events: Natural disasters, government restrictions, courier-network failures,
    or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Order Verification Failure: Customer did not respond to verification requests within 3
    working days.

In all such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment
method within 7–10 working days, and we will email you with the cancellation reason and refund
confirmation.

14. No Cancellation, Processing, or Restocking Fees

belveracircle.shop does NOT charge any
cancellation fee, processing fee, restocking fee, or administrative penalty for orders cancelled before
dispatch or under your statutory cancellation right. 

15. Post-Dispatch Orders (Return Instead of Pre-Dispatch Cancellation)

If your order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been
generated, the shipment can no longer be stopped in transit. However, exercising your statutory right to cancel,
you may still:

  • Refuse Delivery at the doorstep — the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be
    processed under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Accept the Delivery and cancel/return within 14 days of receipt, in line
    with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We provide a free prepaid return label (or
    arrange a free collection where available) across the United Kingdom.

16. Cancellation Due to Non-Delivery

If your order has been dispatched but cannot be delivered after multiple
attempts due to:

  • Recipient being repeatedly unavailable;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout;
  • Refusal to accept the delivery without a valid reason;

— the courier partner will return the package to us. We will then email you
within 2 working days with two options: (a) re-shipment to a corrected address (no additional
charge, as shipping is free), or (b) full refund to the original payment method within 7–10
working days.

17. Cancellation of Failed Payment Orders

If a payment fails or is declined at checkout, no order is created and no
cancellation is required. If the amount was debited but the order was not confirmed:

  • Your bank or PayPal will automatically reverse the amount, typically within 7–10 working
    days

  • If you do not see the refund within the timeframe, please email [email protected] with subject “Payment Issue — [Transaction
    Reference]” and your transaction or PayPal reference.

18. Cancellation Records & Repeat Cancellations

same customer account may be subject to internal review. In rare cases of suspected misuse (e.g., chronic
cancellations after dispatch, intentional non-acceptance of delivery), belveracircle.shop reserves
the right to refuse future orders from the customer account or to require pre-payment verification.

19. Important Notes

  • Email is the only valid channel for cancellation, modification, and refund-related
    requests.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to the order status at the time the request is received and processed.
  • Approval of a discretionary (goodwill) cancellation is at the sole discretion of
    belveracircle.shop, especially for made-to-order items — but this does not affect your statutory
    rights.
  • This Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The Policy applicable to your order is
    the version published at the time of order placement.
  • This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to cancellation or refund
    shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales; however, if you are a
    consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home
    jurisdiction.

20. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your cancellation or refund
request, you may escalate the matter by email to us. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24
hours
and aim to provide a resolution within 15 days of receipt. If we are unable to
resolve your complaint, you may be able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme, or seek free
advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service at www.citizensadvice.org.uk
or by phone on 0808 223 1133.
