We want paying at Bramley Store to feel effortless and safe. This policy covers the payment options we offer and the way refunds are processed.

The Two Ways to Pay

There are exactly two ways to pay — UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD). You will see both at checkout wherever your delivery PIN code is serviceable.

Using UPI

Pick UPI, approve the request in your app, and your payment is confirmed on the spot. It is quick, secure, and keeps your banking details entirely off our site.

Cash on Delivery

If you would rather pay in person, Cash on Delivery lets you give the exact amount to our courier when your parcel arrives. Having the right change ready keeps the handover quick.

What We Cannot Accept

Cards, net banking and outside wallets are not accepted and will never be shown at our checkout. Only UPI and Cash on Delivery are genuine ways to pay us.

How Refunds Are Returned

Where a refund is due, it goes back to the UPI ID that paid for the order; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you nominate. Processing times are listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
