How you can pay
UPI as the prepaid option — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app — and Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods at checkout.
What we do not accept
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any foreign payment method, and we store no payment credentials. There is no instalment or EMI facility on this shop.
Currency and tax
Everything is listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable tax. This shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice. Prices are for India only.
Cash on Delivery on a freight consignment
On a freight delivery the driver collects the full amount at your gate before unloading, so please have the exact sum ready. High-value machines and some remote routes are prepaid-only, and the checkout shows this before you confirm.
Failed or duplicate payments
If UPI debits and no order appears, do not pay again. Send the UPI reference to [email protected] and we will either raise the order or return the amount to the same handle within 5 to 7 business days.
