Where the appliance ships from
Every machine is staged and dispatched by us from Jaipur. Appliances travel in the manufacturer’s carton with the transit bolts still fitted and the inlet hose and manual sealed inside the drum.
These are heavy, single-piece consignments. They move on a freight line rather than a parcel network, and delivery is to your gate or building entrance — not carried up a staircase and not plumbed in.
Handling time
Orders are picked, the carton is checked for transit damage before it leaves, and dispatch happens within 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST move to the next working day.
Delivery across India
After booking, transit runs 3-6 business days to metro addresses and 6-9 business days to the rest of India. With the handling window included the usual estimate is 4-11 business days from the order.
We move these with Blue Dart / XpressBees. Freight schedules are weekly rather than daily on smaller routes, and that wait is already built into the ranges above.
Shipping charges
Free delivery from ₹2,999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹99 applies whatever the machine weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. Nothing is collected at the door beyond a Cash on Delivery amount.
Installation is not included
We deliver; we do not install. Plumbing a washer to an inlet tap, levelling it and removing the transit bolts is your plumber’s job, and running a machine with the transit bolts still in will damage the drum. The bolts and the spanner are inside the carton with the manual.
Tracking and receiving
A tracking reference is emailed and texted once the consignment is booked and the driver calls ahead. Inspect the carton for crush damage and film it before signing. If tracking is quiet for two working days, write to [email protected] with the order number.
