What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹2,999; a flat ₹99 below that. Dispatch takes 1-2 business days, then 3-6 business days to metro addresses and 6-9 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and there is no EMI option.
Do you install the machine?
No. Delivery is to your gate or building entrance. Plumbing, levelling and removing the transit bolts are your plumber’s job. Running a washer with the transit bolts still fitted will damage the drum, and that damage is not covered.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim otherwise. What is covered is a machine that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or missing an accessory: unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.
Can I return a washing machine after using it?
No. Return notice must reach us within 7 days of delivery and the machine must be uninstalled and unused, with its transit bolts and accessories in the original carton.
How do I choose a capacity?
Every listing gives the rated load in kilograms and the outside dimensions with the door open. As a rough guide a 6 to 6.5 kg drum suits two or three people and a 7 kg or larger drum suits a family of four; measure the doorway as well as the alcove, because the door swing is what usually stops a delivery.
How do I track my order?
A tracking reference is emailed and texted once the consignment is booked, and the driver calls ahead. If tracking is quiet for two working days, write to us and we will chase the freight desk.
Do you have a showroom?
No. Bramley Store is online-only; the address on the invoice is a registered office and staging unit, not a showroom.
