Return window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return an appliance. Freight collection takes longer than that to arrange, which is fine — the notice is what has to land inside the window.
Condition we can accept
Unused and uninstalled, in the original carton with the transit bolts, hose, manual and all accessories, and with the invoice. A machine that has been plumbed in and run has water in the pump and cannot be sold as new, so please confirm the space and the tap before your plumber starts.
What we cannot take back
Installed or used machines, anything activated by a third-party technician, damage from misuse or an unstable supply, clearance stock and gift cards. Also anything returned without the carton and transit bolts, because an unbolted drum does not survive freight.
Damaged, wrong or short
Film the carton as it is unwrapped, before you sign. A dented panel, a cracked door, the wrong model, a machine dead on arrival or a missing accessory is covered if that video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery. Where a single part is affected we send the part, which is faster than a full swap.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original UPI handle or bank account. Appliance returns are inspected on arrival before the refund is released, which is why this window is longer than a small-parcel shop’s.
Starting a return
Email [email protected] with the order number, what is wrong and the video if the carton arrived damaged. We book the collection and confirm the slot in writing.
